Over the past twenty years Stout & Teague has conceived and implemented complex real estate development projects throughout the Washington metropolitan area. The firm has interests in and manages 600,000 SF of office, retail and residential properties with a market value of approximately $200 million. Rick Stout and Neel Teague lead a staff of 25 architecture, finance, construction, lease brokerage, technology, accounting, property management and building services professionals.
